Turton Building Control Ltd is a highly respected company, established in 2004, located centrally within the country, in Nottinghamshire. 

The company was set up to provide a tailored building control service to clients and offers a customer focused, friendly, pro-active service, enabling projects to run smoothly and efficiently from conception to completion. 

As our client base grew so did our reputation, with the majority of our new clients contacting us through recommendation from existing clients. 

We have been assessed and approved by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to provide building control services for all projects (except Higher Risk Buildings which must be submitted directly to the BSR). 

We consist of a team of 7 fully qualified Building Control Surveyors, supported by an excellent administration team. 

All our surveyors’ are Registered Building Inspectors at Class 2A – 3G and listed on the HSE register (www.register-building-inspector.service.gov.uk/public-register-england).

 We promote a paperless service and welcome all correspondence by e-mail and the submission of drawings electronically.
